ACHC

The Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC), a national organization developed by homecare and alternate-site healthcare industry providers, is a recognized pharmacy accreditation leader.  

TJC

The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® is a symbol of quality that reflects an US Bioservices’ commitment to providing safe and effective care.

NABP DMEPOS

The National Association of Board Pharmacy DMEPOS accreditation is required for suppliers who wish to obtain or maintain Medicare Part B billing privileges for products and services subject to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) quality standards.

CPPA

The Center for Pharmacy Practice Accreditation (CPPA) Specialty Pharmacy Practice Standards are designed to create a consensus around the practice of specialty pharmacy and guide the accreditation process and focus on four areas: organizational infrastructure; access to medications; clinical and patient management services; and quality improvement.
