Our proactive approach guides patients through therapy. We will complete a comprehensive insurance investigation process and contact the patient to discuss benefits and additional information, such as patient assistance programs, manufacturer programs, or prior authorization requirements.
We then ship the prescription to a location of the patient’s choice, and track orders to ensure delivery. After that, we will follow up with the patient every month to initiate a refill, review adherence and answer questions.
Your office will receive a fax confirmation from us so you always know we received the Rx form. We also provide translation services for more than 170 languages.
