We assign a disease-specific patient care coordinator to you to keep the lines of communication open.

Our Benefit Verification department will verify your insurance eligibility during your initial order as well as ask whether there have been any changes to your insurance or your medication. During the verification process, we confirm the coordination of benefits and communicate these results to you, explaining any potential out-of-pocket expenses prior to dispensing. We’ll also be there to help with needed prior authorizations or appeals management.

US Bioservices accepts Medicare Part D, Medicaid and many commercial plans. But should you need help obtaining financial assistance, you can turn to our dedicated Patient Assistance team. We have experience accessing all types of PAP/copay assistance programs, and utilize direct manufacturer programs to provide assistance.
