Kelly Ratliff is president emeritus of AmerisourceBergen’s specialty pharmacy, US Bioservices. Leveraging over 25 years of healthcare experience, she lead a dynamic organization whose associates are committed to improving the patient experience and empowered to deliver the highest levels of patient satisfaction. She provided strategic leadership and guidance, particularly in the areas of business development, payer and provider solutions, and clinical operations, which promoted growth and superior patient care across 7 national pharmacy locations.
Drawing from deep customer insights, she established a proactive business strategy that is agile and responsive to industry issues, policies and trends. Under her leadership, US Bioservices pioneered a specialty care model that focused on partnering with providers to act as an extension of their practice. This model demonstrated US Bioservices’ commitment to improving adherence and outcomes by enabling provider-led care.
Before she assumed the role of president, she served as Chief Operating Officer at US Bioservices, and prior to her tenure with AmerisourceBergen, she held various management roles at Apria Healthcare and Total Pharmaceutical Care. She received her pharmacy degree from the University of Oklahoma and continues to promote pharmacy education by serving as an adjunct faculty member for the OU College of Pharmacy Leadership Program. She is a member of the American Pharmacists Association, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy, Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, and served on the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) Board of Directors from 2015-2018. She is also a member of Specialty Pharmacy Times' editorial board.
